How to lose weight in 16 days
Losing weight is not an easy task.
But still many times due to some specific reason we want to lose weight as soon as possible. You have decided that in the next few days you will remain fit in your favorite veneer,

1- Do not try to lose weight by staying hungry or eating less,

3- Stay away from fried dishes,

4- Drink lemon and honey in hot water on an empty stomach every morning. If possible, add cinnamon powder to this water. It is very effective and healthy.
5- Walk for at least 1 hour daily and do cardio workouts for 90 minutes. This will make your body look toned and the face will also get enhanced due to faster blood circulation.
You can use 6 natural beverages like coconut water, green tea, herbal water which has basil or ginger juice mixed.
Apart from this, try to drink only hot or lukewarm water.

6- You can lose weight fast by taking only fruit diet and liquid diet, but it would be better if you are under the supervision of a dietician. You can also use dry fruits in limited quantity.
