A Healthy Salad
Post festivities we are trying to add healthier meals in our routine to make up for the all the junk and sweets that we have eaten! 😀
It is difficult to please someone with just a simple salad but this salad has ingredients of everyone’s taste! Do try this healthy and colourful salad! 😋
Ingredients-
* Corn.
* Cauliflower (cut into medium sized florets).
* Sprouts.
* Red, yellow bell peppers.
* Basil leaves.
* Cooking oil.
* Hung curd.
* Schezwan chutney.
* Roasted peanuts.
Method-
* Boiled the corn and sprouts till soft enough to eat.
* Stir fry red and yellow bell pepper and cauliflower florets.
* Sprinkle salt according to taste.
* Add basil leaves and peanuts.
* Add additional veggies of your choice.
* Serve with hung curd mixed together with schezwan chutney.
* You can add some basil or mint leaves too to the dip.
