Harabhara Kebab
The green leafy veggies are amply available in this season. So thought of making the most of these green gems and turned them into delicious Harabhara Kebab! 😍😍
Absolutely simple to make, this nutritious dish can be served as a starter or a snack .
Ingredients-
* 250g Spinach.
* Mint leaves.
* 100g Green Peas.
* 500g boiled Potatoes,
* Garlic finely chopped.
* Red Chilli powder 1 tsp.
* Lime juice (2 Lime).
* Gram Masala 1/4th tsp.
* Amchur 1/4 tsp.
* Chaat Masala 1 tsp.
* Salt according to taste.
* Cooking oil
* Corn flour (optional)
Method-
* Boil the potatoes and mash them properly.
* Boil spinach and green peas separately.
* Purée the boiled spinach and green peas (should not be watery).
* Now add the purée to the mashed potatoes.
* Add mint leaves and all the spices too.
* Mix throughly.
* Check salt and adjust affording to taste.
* Make small balls of this mashed mixture and flatten with palm of your hand to give them a round Pattice-like shape.
* If the mixture is too watery, then add cornflour to bind it well.
* Heat cooking oil in a pan on low flame and shallow fry the Pattice.
* Turn them when one side is crisp.
* Remove the excess oil with tissue paper.
Serve hot with your favourite ketchup and chutney.
