Sprouts salad❤️

My younger one wanted Chinese for dinner and older one wanted to have salad! I can proudly say that I have mastered the art of combining the requests of family members and come up with unique dishes which satisfy everyone’s taste buds. This dish turned out be absolute deliciousness in a pot! 😘

Ingredients:
* Sprouts 200 gms.
* Basil leaves.
* Finely chopped onion (1 big size).
* Red and Yellow Bell Pepper finely chopped.
* Schezwan chutney.
* Salt according to taste.

Instructions:
* Boil the sprouts till they are soft but do not over boil.
* Drain the excess water from the sprouts and keep the sprouts aside.
* Sauté the chopped onions.
* Add chopped red and yellow bell peppers.
* Add schezwan chutney and salt according to your taste and mix throughly.
* Garnish with basil leaves.

You can try various combinations like adding roasted peanuts for crunchiness, grated cheese on top, cottage cheese (Paneer) in the salad, boiled noodles… the list is endless!

This salad can be served with soup or as a stand alone dish also.
