Vinegar Onions

Have you ever noticed that sometimes you wear a gorgeous dress but it still looks incomplete! Then you pair it with a simple necklace or earrings and magic happens! Yes! Accessories! These accessories complement the main outfit and create the magic! Similarly in every cuisine, there are certain accessories which create magic with the main dish. One such food accessory is Shirkewale Pyaaz! It just lifts up the taste of the dish and goes well with most of North Indian cuisine!
Ingredients-
* 250 gms small Onions
* Cooking Vinegar
* Salt
* One Beet Root
* 2 sliced Green Chilli
Method-
* Peel and wash the small onions throughly.
* Add cooking vinegar in bowl. Enough to soak the onions completely.
* Add pieces of peeled beet root in it to give colour.
* Add sliced green chillies and salt according to taste.
* Add the peeled small onions to the mix.
* Let it rest for 5-6 hrs before use.
* Beet root and green chilli pieces can be removed after 6 hrs.
Should be consumed within 2-3 days. Make a fresh batch after that.
